I completed a complex assignment to scope a potential national quality and productivity programme for specialized surgery. The design and scoping involved multiple work streams. These included creating bespoke diagnostic tools, semi structured stakeholder interviews, literature review, comprehensive write up and presentation to various stakeholders.
